EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new pieces. If you change your mind, you can easily return or exchange any item within 15 days since your order was delivered.
We'll be happy to change your item for a different size or give you store credit to be used in purchases of equal or higher value of the exchanged items.
TO BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN, MAKE SURE:
- Items are in their original condition, not worn or washed.
- All tags are attached.
- Hygiene seal in place for items that apply.
Shipping cost to return an item and receive a new one is at the expense of the customer.
