Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new pieces. If you change your mind, you can easily return any item within 15 days since your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in perfect condition, unworn, with labels attached and inside their original packaging. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, bikini bottoms and one pieces must be tried on over underwear. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted. Shipping cost to return an item and receive a new one is at the expense of the customer.

  • You can easily choose between scheduling a home pick-up or leaving your parcel at a drop-off point of your convenience.
  • Wo do not make refunds; we only offer store credit that you can use for a future purchase, contact us for more details info@marcanaswimwear.com
  • Returns shipping costs are at clients' own expense. They will be deducted from the final refund amount.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you follow the steps in our Return Portal and choose the option of a gift card. You will instantly receive a gift card via email, which you can use to place a new order. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. 

FAULTY & INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are inspected before being shipped to ensure that the highest quality garments are being sent to you.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty upon arrival, or you received an incorrect item, please send us an email to info@marcanaswimwear.com within 2 days since your order was delivered, including your order number and a picture of the damage area or the incorrect item. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Items damaged as a result of improper care of the garment are not considered manufacturing defects.
